In case you were not aware, a couple of weeks ago we organised a charity event at The South Place Hotel for Mind helping raising money for those in need. Thankfully mental health is not a tabu anymore and all thanks to organisations such as Mind.

It was a really fun day where we had Yoga, Meditation, Body Weight Training, food, drinks and great music.

    There are many reasons that make us always fail routine exercise. We should be able to make sports a new habit. I feel really lazy to do some exercises every day, and this really happens repeatedly. Finally I went to a sports club and there was a coach who always made me have no choice to exercise. Maybe that way I can get my ideal body.
