Rui works as a personal trainer and a biomechanics consultant. He specialises in injury rehab, body performance, weight management, strength and fitness. He has spent the last 15 years studying and bringing innovative methods into fitness training, leaving the conventional techniques in order to help people achieve their fitness goals. Rui is passionate about his craft but he doesn’t joke with his leisure. He has always been involved in different sports from professional handball, to skimboard, surf and snowboard. He is a man of virtue.
