Want to get in shape for summer and lose the extra pounds? Then it’s time to clean up your diet and start exercising! Simple lifestyle changes, such as replacing sugar with stevia and doing a few extra reps for each exercise, can make all the difference. The key is to maximize your calorie burn and get the most out of your workouts. Diet accounts for 80 percent of your results, so it’s important to reassess your eating habits.

Exercise

Find an activity that you like. For example, strength training is essential for building a lean, muscular body, burns calories and improves anaerobic and aerobic endurance.
