Lauren Wilkie

Lauren is a certified 500-hour Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Level-3 Mat Pilates teacher. Lauren’s teaching places special attention on alignment and use of breath, as well as helping students adjust the poses and exercises to suit their bodies, rather than the other way around. She views movement as a way to keep the body healthy and the mind calm, and likes to infuse humour in her teaching. Classes are accessible but challenging, focused but fun, aiming to help students experience the benefits of practicing and to feel comfortable with themselves.
