Goal Setting for the New Year

We all know we set those New Year goals and by February we fall off the wagon.

Join us at South Place on the 1st February in the Secret Garden for an afternoon of wellness and goal setting.

Start with a movement class and an innovative talk “From Injury to Fitness” with OITOO founder Rui Reis.

Coach Adrian Klemens will host a goal-setting workshop to outline your fitness and wellness goals for the year.

You will also have the chance to make your own Epsom salts before ending the day with a meditation class with Lauren Wilkie.

Tickets are £25 per person and a donation of £5 from each ticket sale will be donated to the mental health charity Mind. You will also leave with a wellness goody bag including gifts from Sweaty Betty, Botanic Lab plus more.

Arrive for 12.45pm for 1pm start.

More about our speakers:

Rui Reis: Works as a personal trainer and a biomechanics consultant. He has spent the last 12 years studying and bringing innovative methods into fitness training, leaving the conventional techniques in order to help people achieve their fitness goals.

Adrian Klemens: With over 20 years coaching experience, Coach Klemens has worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging from amateur to professional athletes/teams, to business organisations and individuals. Winner of multiple coaching awards due to the results of his programs, he attributes the Mental Toolbox that he and his staff have developed as a key factor to their clients success.

Lauren Wilkie: Lauren is a certified 500-hour Yoga and Level-3 Mat Pilates teacher, with specialist training in Pregnancy Yoga, Women’s Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She views movement as a way to keep the body healthy and the mind calm, and likes to infuse humour in her teaching.
