Frozen shoulder is a poorly understood condition that typically involves substantial
pain, movement restriction, and considerable morbidity. There is no clear understanding of this condition in the scientific community. For more info see here and here.
The reality is that there are several people affected by this condition all over the world that see their daily life deteriorated due to the pain and lack of mobility caused by frozen shoulder.
This summer I left my Mayfair, London headquarters and went home. My mother has been suffering with frozen shoulder for the last year so it was a pleasure to help her while we were enjoying the sunny Algarve.
I used mainly neuroscience, biomechanics and exercise principles to improve it. For someone with a more severe condition I strongly recommend imagery training.
