We believe that to achieve sustainable results it’s crucial to work both on your body and mind. To help achieve this, we deliver one-day retreats, where our main goal is to teach you about your body, how to nurture your mind and how to develop you as an individual, so you can go on to reach your true potential. Every one of our retreats is unique and caters to the different seasons.
Embark on three fitness classes including:
Strength and Flexibility: With over a decade of experience, Rui (founder of Oitoo) applies bio-mechanics and neuroscience principles to his exercise sessions. This class is a great complement for yoga, pilates or gym training.

Yoga – Creative Vinyasa Flow: This class creates a “moving meditation”, exploring the benefits of the flow to connect with our creative energy, also known as second chakra or water element. This class will leave you feeling nourished, rejuvenated and with more space to be both in your body and your mind.
Meditation: This class will aim to reduce stress, whilst increasing your productivity and creativity. It will offer tools combining elements of Pranayama (breath work) and visualisation, making it easier to quieten the mind and tap into the energies of creation and manifestation.
Workshop from Anatome , the natural health and wellbeing brand and community built on the principle that nutritional and emotional balance is the pathway to a fulfilled life. You will enjoy a session learning about the effect of the female hormones.
We will then finish with a Coco de Mer Salon about Female Pleasure and Empowerment.
