I first went to see Rui for MAT at his personal training studio in Mayfair. I had suffered an injury due to a bike accident and although some treatments had worked for a period of time nothing had held. It has been 3 years since that first treatment with Rui and i can honestly say he has worked a miracle. I am pain free. In the past few years we have moved front the treatment table to exercise in the gym. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Rui and his never ending stream of knowledge.
