Small Groups Fitness Classes

We believe you deserve a unique fitness class experience. For that, we created small groups classes, combining challenging workouts, science and great fun.
You can find us at The South Place Hotel, 3 South Place, London, EC2M 2AF. 2 min walking from Liverpool St station or Moorgate.

Rocket Yoga

Rocket is a mash-up, taking poses from traditional Ashtanga yoga but breaking them down into moves that are more accessible to beginners. Flowing movements burn calories and raise the metabolism; held poses build strength and flexibility, so you get leaner and fitter fast.
Wen’s class is vigorous and contains inversions but she offers modifications for those who prefer a more relaxed practice.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is proven to be a time efficient workout where you can burn calories for up to 12 hours after. This class incorporates elements of strength and plyometrics.
Join our lunch time class for a quick and effective calorie burner.
Suited to intermediate and advance.

Relax and Nourish Yoga

Drawing on elements from Pilates to mobilise muscles and joints, yin yoga to open connective tissue, restorative yoga and other disciplines to relax and renew, this class will leave you feeling nourished, rejuvenated and with more space to BE, both in your body and your mind.

Mindfulness

Quiet your mind and escape from the chaos of the city with mindfulness meditation. Studies show that regular meditation can lower cortisol (too much can lead to increased appetite and weight gain) improve your memory, and even slow ageing. Meditation can also assist in reducing stress, increasing productivity and creativity, and making you an all round happier person.
This small class (max 7 people) will give you the opportunity to practice guided meditation, discuss your experience, ask any questions, and offer tools for creating your own practice away from the class. The class will start with a short movement sequence to create space in the body, making it easier to quiet the mind.
The class is open to all levels (from beginner to experienced) and is suitable even for those with most injuries and/or conditions, including pregnancy.

Meet the team

Book the desired class on our website or app. You can also pre-order a smoothie or a healthy lunch that will be waiting for you after class. 

Bring your favourite workout clothes. If you are participating in a yoga class you won’t need any trainers. We will provide mats and towels. 

Arrive 10 minute before the class so you have time to change and set up. By the reception show your booking confirmation and you will get an electronic key to the locker and to the studio.

Nutritious meals and smoothies are available for pre-order using our app or at the Shop House Restaurant.
