Louisa is a former professional ballet dancer having worked all over the UK and Australia with companies such as the English National Ballet and Scottish ballet.
After leaving the ballet Louisa’s passion for movement and exercise remained and her desire to understand more of the latter is what led her to enter into the fitness industry in 2005. She has worked with an array of clients over the past 10 years and through her contact with clients and her own experience of performance she has come to understand the importance of psychology in goal orientated exercise whether it is for fitness competitions, sports, body transformation or general wellbeing. In 2012 Louisa gained an Honours degree in Psychology and has since been incorporating this knowledge into her training services. Louisa understands the importance of smart nutrition and offers a sports and exercise nutrition service. She not only gives her clients nutritional guidance but most importantly coaches them within it in order to help clients achieve sustainable results.
Louisa loves to lift and especially enjoys Olympic lifting. She has been studying strength and conditioning with the UKSCA and believes that by combining both a strong body with a strong mind you will achieve the best results!
