Louisa is an experienced professional ballet dancer who has worked for companies such as English National Ballet and Scottish ballet in the UK and Australia. After leaving the ballet, her blooming passion for movement and exercise remained and her desire to understand more of the latter propelled her into the fitness industry in 2005.
She has worked with an array of clients over the past 10 years and has garnered quantifiable experience through her interactions with them. Through this period, she has come to understand the importance of psychology in goal orientated exercise whether it is for fitness competitions, sports, body transformation or general wellbeing.
In 2012, Louisa gained a BSc degree in Psychology and has since been incorporating this knowledge into her training services. She understands the importance of smart nutrition and offers a sports and exercise nutrition service. She not only gives her clients nutritional guidance but most importantly coaches them to help achieve sustainable results.
Louisa loves to lift and especially enjoys Olympic lifting.
