On Sunday 23rd February, join us in the Secret Garden for a day of fitness and wellness to fight those winter blues!
Join us from 10am before embarking on:
Three fitness classes:
- Strength and flexibility: with over a decade of experience, Rui applies biomechanics and neuroscience principles to his exercise sessions. This class is a great complement for yoga, pilates or gym training.
- Yoga – Slow Vinyasa Flow: Drawing on elements from Pilates to mobilise muscles and joints, yin yoga to open connective tissue, restorative yoga and other disciplines to relax and renew, this class will leave you feeling nourished, rejuvenated and with more space to BE, both in your body and your mind.
- Mindfulness: Reduce stress, increase your productivity and creativity. This class will offer tools for creating your own practice away from the class. It will start with a short movement sequence to create space in the body, making it easier to quiet the mind.
One workshop where you can make your own relaxing bath salts.
Wind down with talks from Oitoo Fitness founder Rui, who will speak about the effects your diet and lifestyle has on your immune system and how to fight the winter blues as well as talks from the beauty brand This Works.
Tickets are available for £90 per person and include a healthy brunch at South Place Chop House with a menu designed by South Place Head Chef, Guy Betteridge.
