In this first step, we will book you in for a free consultation. We will chat about your current fitness, any injuries or issues you have, and then your overall goals whether in terms of improved physical ability or more focused athletic performance. We will analyse the big picture while fully assessing your muscle function and biomechanics, and your body composition. This takes place in our first session.
The next stage focuses on addressing any muscle imbalances and we will improve your biomechanics if necessary. It’s here that we build your body’s foundations and you can expect pain relief, more mobility, strength gains, and better performance. You will learn a lot about your body and the impact of exercise(s) on it. During this stage, we will be gathering enough information from you and your body to build custom exercises and tailored fitness programmes for you in order to achieve your fitness, injury rehab, or athletic performance goals. The duration for this stage varies for each individual. It might take a couple of sessions or several weeks depending on some factors.
This is the ultimate exercise experience. Not only will you have tailored exercises and programmes, you will have a unique training experience. We will use all of our knowledge in training science, biomechanics and nutrition planning to help you achieve your fitness, injury rehab or athletic performance goals with injury-free sustainable results.
